About the course

Zenit Yoga International TT300 is an evolution of a multi-style approach —Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, and Tibetan Yoga — enabling simplicity with ease in learning and practice. By the completion of the program, you will earn 300 hours certificate. With 300 hours certificate, you can register in the Yoga Alliance system towards RYT 500hrs.

The course is featured by AllYoga as one of the best Teacher Training in Europe.

The program includes intensive training of 5 modules (week 1 obligatory) and retreat immersion (week 2 non-obligatory). In addition, training includes online self-study with 7 modules (obligatory) that can be done prior to or post the retreat. Online modules include all the course materials and group and individual follow-up through video conferencing. Online study can be extended as a flexible format in case you are not able to join us for the full 2 residential weeks.

Students will enjoy a natural and practical approach to understanding the value of different yoga styles, meditation, mindfulness, and breath-work and learn how to balance challenging as well as soft techniques with an aim to support individual practitioners’ needs.

It is a local, hidden, self-effacing beauty, 45min boat ride from the magical city of Zadar, in the central Dalmatia. Known mostly to sailors, nature lovers and yogis, Iz is one of many remote islands of Adriatic Sea, at the door of a national park Kornati.

The hotel where we will stay is clean and monk-like simple, with spacious rooms facing the sea. The hotel has a beautiful outdoor yoga shala, and 2 indoor shalas. It is the only 100% vegetarian/vegan hotel in Croatia, dedicated to host yoga guests, retreats and TT’s. Iz is like a sanctuary, safe, innocent and tranquil, ideal for retreat and for studying and deepening, far from overcrowded beaches and distractions.
